Jack has been in the Affordable Housing business since 2012, and has helped over 5,000 tenants find affordable homes in the Baltimore area since founding Platinum Realty Advisors. With over 7 years experience working exclusively with Voucher and Subsidized Housing Programs, Jack has effectively advised clients on the acquisition, management and leasing of over 15,000 units in the Baltimore-Metro area. <\/div><\/div><\/div>

Debbie Fertel is a change management professional (CMAP) and marketing specialist that works across government, commercial, and non-profit domains to support Platinum Realty Advisors\u2019 mission and vision as a full-service real estate advisory and development firm.
